Attendee Registration Details
Attendee registration rates are based on several factors. Optometrist rates are based on AOA membership, student and resident rates are based on AOP membership and both options have single day rates available. We also offer registration of exhibit hall access only an additional specialty education.
Be sure you have all of the materials and details ready to submit your registration:
- Full Name
- Title & Organization
- Email, Phone, & Address
- OE Tracker # (if applicable)
- Optometrist License # (if applicable)
- AOA Member Number (if registering at the member rate)
- AFOS, AOSO, or Energeyes: AACO # (If registering at the affiliate rate)
- Registration Option: Full day or Single Day
- Desired Session Selections
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations requests received on or before Friday, September 18, 2026, will be issued a refund less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given thereafter except in the event of extenuating circumstances such as hospitalization or death. Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@gwco.org. No refunds can be made by GWCO for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the Congress.
